How it works

You must make an enquiry before dropping your trainers off! Once an enquiry has been made with a team member, you will be more than welcome to choose 1 of the 2 drop off points located in Leytonstone and Wanstead to drop off your trainers. You must let the team know which drop off point you have chosen, because the Wanstead drop off requires a booking for a team member to be available.

Once you have dropped off your trainers at our Leytonstone drop off point at WASHX Cleaners and Launderette, please inform the team so that a team member can collect them as soon as possible. Trainers are usually collected on the same day or the following day. 

If you would prefer to drop off your trainers directly to us at Wanstead, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure a team member is available.

Your trainers will take around 5-7 days for completion however it can be sooner. There will be a fee if you would like your trainers ready in 1-2 days. We keep you updated when needed throughout the procedure.

Once your trainers has been completed, we will inform you straight away. A swift arrangement will be made for collection where you will be meeting a team member to provide your trainers back to you.
