How it works

Before you drop off your trainers, you must make an enquiry! Once you’ve spoken with a team member, you are welcome to choose one of the two drop off points in Leytonstone or Wanstead for your shoe cleaning process. Be sure to inform the team of your chosen drop off point, as the Wanstead location requires a booking for a team member to be available.

Once you have dropped off your trainers at our Leytonstone drop off point at WASHX Cleaners and Launderette, please inform the team so that a team member can promptly collect them as part of our trainer cleaning process. Trainers are typically collected on the same day or the following day. 

If you prefer to drop off your trainers directly to us at Wanstead, please let us know in advance so that we can ensure a team member is available at our sneaker clinic.

When you drop off trainers at our sneaker clinic, the cleaning process typically takes around 5-7 days for completion, although it can be done sooner. If you prefer your trainers ready in just 1-2 days, there will be an additional fee. We keep you updated throughout the trainer cleaning process when necessary.

Once your trainer cleaning process has been completed, we will inform you straight away. A swift arrangement will be made for you to drop off your trainers, where you will meet a team member from our sneaker clinic to provide your trainers back to you.
