How it works

Once an enquiry has been made with a team member, you will be more than welcome to choose 1 of the 2 drop off points located in Wanstead and Leytonstone to drop off your trainers. You must make sure to let the team know which drop off point you chose.

Immediately after you have dropped off your trainers to the designated drop off point, you must make the team aware that you have dropped them off so that one of the team members can collect your trainers as soon as possible. The trainers are typically collected on the same day or the day after.

Your trainers will take around 5-7 days for completion however it can be sooner. There will be a fee if you would like your trainers ready in 1-2 days. We keep you updated when needed throughout the procedure.

Once your trainers has been completed, we will inform you straight away. A swift arrangement will be made for collection where you will be meeting a team member to provide your trainers back to you.
